- Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount at jeay9 is ৳100 (applicable for all methods).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).
- Use the correct reference number when making a deposit. jeay9 is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect reference.
- Deposits through a third party are not allowed — only mobile banking or bank accounts registered in your own name may be used.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- After a successful request, funds are generally paid out within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the active wagering requirement on that bonus has been met.
- jeay9 may request additional information to verify a withdrawal in the case of suspicious transactions.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳26,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳41,000.
- To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (on the bonus only, not deposit+bonus).
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
- If a deposit is withdrawn from the account after claiming a bonus but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus has its own validity period. Unused bonuses are automatically cancelled once the period expires.
- Each promotion applies to one account only, and is valid once per household or address.
- If multiple accounts from the same device or IP address claim a bonus, all associated accounts may be cancelled.
- jeay9 reserves the right to modify or cancel specific promotions, and members will be notified if changes are made to an active bonus.
Betting & Gaming Rules
Game & Betting Guidelines
- All bets are considered final. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
- Game and betting results are determined by an automated system. Any complaints must be raised within the designated time period.
- In sports betting, bet outcomes are determined in accordance with the relevant international sports rules.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the staked amount for that bet will be refunded.
Prohibited Activities
- Artificial betting patterns, arbitrage, or bonus abuse are strictly prohibited.
- Any participation in collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activities will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
- Using software bots or automated methods to place bets is completely prohibited.
- If excess funds are credited by mistake, returning them is mandatory.
VIP Program & Rewards
VIP Cashback Terms
jeay9 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular and active play. Cashback is added to the account within the designated time each week. jeay9 reserves the right to change VIP tiers or cashback rates at any time, and members will be notified in due course.
Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion
Responsible Gambling Policy
